Refund policy

Ready-to-Wear Jewellery: We hope you love your purchase from Sofia Ozakay Jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your ready-to-wear item, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping expenses.

Bespoke Jewellery: Due to the personalized and custom nature of bespoke jewellery, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We strive to work closely with you during the design process to ensure your bespoke piece meets your expectations.

However, if there is a fault or issue with your bespoke jewellery upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include repair or adjustment.

Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
